José Antonio Tejeda, natural de Santa María Tatlanqui, residente en esta Villa, otorga poder especial a don Nicolás de Santiago, vecino de Santa María Nomoutla, para que a nombre de él, perciba y cobre judicial y extrajudicialmente a los albaceas de su difunto padre don José Alejandro Tejeda, la herencia que le corresponde como único de sus legítimos hijos; y si por lo anterior se requiriese contienda de juicio lo siga, pareciendo ante las autoridades correspondientes, presentando la documentación, testimonios y lo que le sea requerido, por lo que se le da éste con libre y general administración, y con facultad de sustituirlo.
