Don Gaspar de Olavarrieta y don Matías de la Mora Castañeda, vecinos del pueblo de Jalapa, con poder general que les confirió Carlos José de Montes, informan que otorgaron en arrendamiento unas casas que dicho Montes heredó de José de Molina, por el tiempo de 3 años, lo que ahora por carta misiva de Gabriel de Arteaga, apoderado de dicho Montes, ordena a al citado Gaspar que cancele la escritura de arrendamiento, por convenio que hizo con Tomás Borro, no obstante no estar cumplido el arrendamiento que tiene pagado dicho Borro, por lo que los declarantes cancelan la citada escritura.
