Don Laureano Fernández de Ulloa y doña María Magdalena Gorrón de Contreras y Tejeda , mujer del Capitán Pedro Zamorano; el primero dijo que su difunta madre Juana de Ochoa, dejó por bienes unas casas con su sitio, las cuales se había adjudicado por muerte de su segundo marido a Luis Fernández de Ulloa, propiedad que señala tener vendida hace más de 20 años a José Antonio de Acosta, en 1, 300 pesos y de la que no le habían entregado escritura, por lo que ésta vale como tal.
