Clara de Aranda, viuda de Manuel Perea, vecina de esta Villa de Xalapa, otorga que vende a don Mariano Seoane, una casa que hace frente al norte con casas que eran de don José Robledano de Cardeña, callejón en medio que va para la tenería, al oriente con casa y solar de don Antonio Amason, al poniente con solar de Petrona María Rodríguez, al sur, que es el fondo por donde tiene 38 y media varas, con la casa de los herederos de Salvador y Faustino Vázquez. La vende por precio de 800 pesos.
