José Félix Domínguez, vecino de esta villa, dijo que don José Catarino Arellano, de la misma vecindad, le presta la cantidad de 100 pesos en moneda corriente del cuño que circula, bajo el rédito de 5 por ciento anual, los cuales se obliga a pagar por el término de seis meses. Y en favor de Arellano, otorga recibo en forma entregándole para mayor seguridad, en calidad de empeño los títulos de propiedad de una casita situada en el camino que sale para Veracruz, lado sur de la misma, que podrá vender sin citación del otorgante, sino cumple con dicho plazo y al cumplimiento de esta escritura de obligación.
