Don Carlos [Antonio]de Luna y Arellano, labrador en el Pago de San Salvador El Seco, como principal obligado, y Don Juan Mellado de San José, vecino de la provincia de Tepeaca, como su fiador, el principal declaró haber recibido del Licenciado Don Pedro Salgado, administrador de las obras pías de casar huérfanas que instituyeron el Racionero Bartolomé de Paz y el Padre Hernando de León, vecinos de la ciudad de Los Ángeles, mil pesos de oro común pertenecientes a dichas obras pías, y se obligaron, principal y fiador, a devolverlos con más 50 pesos de sus corridos al dicho Don Pedro Salgado, para el día 6 de diciembre del presente año.
