Don Francisco Sáenz de Santa María, Regidor perpetuo de esta Villa, en virtud del poder que le otorgó don Rafael de Lardizábal, Comisario de Guerra en la Capital de México, y apoderado de doña Guadalupe Villamil y Primo, viuda de don Juan Manuel Velázquez de la Cadena y Cervantes, otorga por la presente que da en arrendamiento a favor de Juan Antonio Rodríguez Rojo, por espacio de 5 años, la hacienda nombrada Espanta Judíos, el sitio El Palmar, rancho de Santa Rosa y Rincón de Pipas, bajo los linderos conocidos, situados en la jurisdicción de la Antigua Veracruz, y bajo las cláusulas suscritas en la escritura, en 650 pesos anuales, obligándose el arrendatario a beneficiar, cuidar y cultivar las tierras con buena labor.\t
