Doña María Martín Lomelín, vecina de esta villa de Córdoba, viuda y mujer que fue de Bernardo López de Guzmán, otorga poder especial a Miguel Antonio Bautista, vecino de la ciudad de Oaxaca, para que en su nombre venda un negro esclavo nombrado José, de nación Congo, de treinta años más o menos, al precio que considere conveniente, dicho esclavo es el mismo que Bernardo López hubo y compró al Capitán don Eugenio Martínez de Ribas, residente en la ciudad de la Veracruz.
