Doña María Ignacia Fagoaga, natural de la Ciudad de México, hija del señor Marqués del Apartado don Francisco Fagoaga, difunto, y de doña [María] Magdalena Villa Urrutia, viva, otorga su testamento donde declara haber contraído matrimonio con don Manuel Rengel, Sargento Mayor de Lanceros de Veracruz, de cuyo matrimonio se siente grávida. Nombra como su albacea a su tío el señor don Ciro [de] Villa Urrutia, Canónigo de la Santa Iglesia Catedral de México, y por encargado en esta Villa, por si falleciera en ella, al Regidor Alguacil Mayor don Carlos Díaz y Herrero. Nombra como sus herederos universales, en caso de que fallezca sin dar a luz, a su madre y a su marido.
