Francisco González de Herrera, labrador en el Pago de Nopaluca, provincia de Tepeaca, como principal, y Nicolás Zapata, vecino de dicha provincia, como su fiador, se obligaron a pagar a la Santa Iglesia Catedral de la ciudad de los Ángeles, 771 pesos y 7 tomines de oro común, por otros tantos que valieron y montaron los diezmos de semillas, ganados y lana, del año pasado de 1678, de la hacienda de dicho Francisco González de Herrera, el cual compró al Lic. Juan de Vargas Priego, presbítero, colector de diezmos, para fin del mes de diciembre venidero del presente año.
