José Mariano de Aparicio, natural del pueblo de Santa María Tlatlanqui y vecino de esta Villa, otorga por la presente su testamento donde declara ser hijo legítimo de don Lorenzo de Aparicio y Gertrudis Nájera y Mejía, difuntos; declara haberse casado en primeras nupcias con doña María Josefa Castañeda, con quien tuvo por hijos legítimos a don Manuel Ignacio, doña María Gertrudis y doña María Dolores Aparicio; en segundas nupcias con María de la Luz Pérez, con quien no tuvo hijos; y en terceras nupcias con María de los Ángeles Domínguez, con quien tuvo por hijos legítimos a doña María Josefa Victoria, doña María Felipa y don José Julián Aparicio; nombra por albaceas a su citada tercera esposa, junto con don Manuel Ignacio, hijo legítimo del primer matrimonio, y como herederos universales nombra a sus citados hijos.
