Don Juan Montañés de la Cueva, Escribano de Su Majestad y vecino de este pueblo, dijo que su hija legítima doña María Montañés de la Cueva, viuda de don Francisco de Tovar y Guzmán, otorgó poder general al otorgante y al Fray Manuel Pérez de Florencia, de la orden de San Francisco, hecho en la hacienda de San Miguel del Pinal en la doctrina de Santa María Acajete, de la jurisdicción de Tepeaca, por lo que el otorgante sustituye dicho cargo y poder en don Antonio Primo de Rivera y en don Carlos José Garzón.
