Los hijos y herederos de los difuntos don Manuel de Olmedo y de doña María Josefa de Araciel, vecinos del pueblo de Jalapa, junto con el Licenciado don José Camino y Velasco, en nombre y con poder de don Juan de Dios Olmedo y Araciel, Cura, Vicario y Juez eclesiástico de la Villa de Chilapa, informan que se hizo inventario y partición de bienes de sus difuntos padres constituidos por 5 casas, mismas que se adjudicaron en la forma siguiente: la primera se adjudica a Josefa y a Juan de Dios, que mide 26 y 1 tercia varas de frente por 66 y media varas de fondo, la segunda casa, que corresponde a Teresa de Olmedo y Araciel, mide 17 varas de frente y 43 de fondo; la tercera casa, se le adjudicó al Lic. Francisco, y linda al poniente con la Calle de la Amargura; la cuarta casa, se la adjudicó doña Antonia de Olmedo y Araciel, y la quinta casa se le adjudicó al Bachiller Francisco de Olmedo y Araciel, tiene 89 varas de frente y 55 varas de fondo.
