Doña María Francisca [Fernández de] Ulloa [y Careña], viuda, vecina de esta Villa, otorga poder especial a don Agustín Quiroga, Factor Administrador de la Real Renta de Tabaco de la Nueva Veracruz, para que en su nombre se presente en aquel Magistrado de Intendencia y con el testimonio de la renuncia de Oficio Público y de Cabildo de esta Villa, que a favor de la compareciente otorgó en primer lugar su difunta tía, doña Nicolasa Catarina Cardeña, practique cuantas diligencias sean necesarias para que en el superior gobierno se le reconozca como dueña del citado oficio.
