Don Domingo Franceschy, de esta vecindad, dijo que en el Juzgado del Alcalde Ordinario se está formando sumaria sobre acontecimientos que acaecieron en casa de don Manuel Tavera, a causa de haber ido el Señor Juez a estorbar un juego que había en la casa de éste la noche del 13 de agosto, y en cuya sumaria a solicitud de dicho Tavera se ha accedido a su excarcelación bajo fianza, por lo que a través de la presente el otorgante señala que se constituye fiador de dicho Tavera.
