Don José Ignacio Pavón y Muñoz, vecino y del comercio de la Nueva Veracruz, residente en esta Villa, otorga poder especial a don Manuel Mijo, de aquella misma vecindad y comercio, para que a nombre de él proceda a la venta y enajenación de una casa que posee en aquella ciudad, en la calle que nombran de la Amargura, en la persona que mejor postura hiciere, otorgándole la correspondiente escritura de venta, en la que exprese los linderos de ella, señale el precio y otorgue recibo de lo que así fuere declarado. También se lo confiere, para que a su nombre pueda aceptar escritura de otra casa que ha comprado en la Calle de las Damas.
