Melchora Núñez, vecina de Jalapa, viuda de Juan Pardo de Ulloa, dijo que su hermana María Núñez, vendió una parte del solar que ambas heredaron de sus padres a Pedro Montiel, mulato libre, vecino de Jalapa, en 6 pesos de oro común; y por haber muerto repentinamente, no le hizo escritura de venta, y en consecuencia, la otorgante en nombre de María Núñez, vende a Pedro de Montiel, el pedazo de solar de 30 varas de frente y 29 de hueco, ubicado en la calle que baja a la plaza, por el lado de la iglesia parroquial, hace frente con casa de la otorgante y linda con solar de Doña Josefa de la Gasca y Ortega, por el precio de 6 pesos de oro común.
