Don Sebastián de Aguirre, de este comercio y vecindad, otorga poder general a don Felipe Naveda, vecino del pueblo de Jalacingo, para que en su nombre demande y cobre judicial o extrajudicialmente de cualquier persona, las cantidades de dinero, oro, plata, esclavos u otros cualquier género que se le estén debiendo hasta el día de hoy o en adelante debieren. Y para que si por dichas cobranzas se ofreciere comparecer en juicio lo verifique, y en ellos presente escritos, pedimentos, memoriales, suplicas y cuantos papeles sean favorables.
