Doña Aldonza de Vargas, viuda de segundo matrimonio de Luis de Aguayo, difunto, y su hija María de Vargas, vecinas de Jalapa, en razón a los 3000 pesos que por cláusula de testamento mandó Don Carlos de Sámano y Quiñones a María de Vargas, se concertaron con Doña Luisa Ponce de León, madre y albacea del susodicho, en esta forma: Doña Luisa Ponce de León se obligó a pagar a las referidas Doña Aldonza y María de Vargas, 1200 pesos de oro común, los 200 pesos en reales de contado, y los 1000 restantes, a 1 plazo de 1 año, a partir de hoy día de la fecha, cada 6 meses 500 pesos; asimismo, la otorgante se obligó a respetar dicha cláusula testamentaria por la cual la dicha Doña María se queda con una esclava negra, criolla nombrada María.
