Don José Antonio de Agrasar, vecino y del comercio de ella, dijo que como apoderado sustituto de don Manuel de Villa y Cosío, que lo es principal de doña María Josefa Gil de la Torre y don Francisco de Emparan, otorga que recibe del licenciado don Ramón Ruiz, albacea de doña Gertrudis Noriega de Zárate y Sandria, la cantidad de 900 pesos que quedó debiendo dicha señora a la testamentaría de don Manuel Gil de la Torre y Cosío, por lo que le da por libre de la responsabilidad que tenía a dicha testamentaría, la casa especialmente hipotecada y demás bienes, y da por nula y cancelada la escritura.
