Don José Alejo de Alegría, tesorero provisional del ejército acantonado en esta villa, Caballero de la Orden Real y Distinguido de Carlos III, otorga poder especial al Licenciado Fernando Fernández de San Salvador, Abogado de la Real Audiencia de México, para que en su nombre pueda presentar en el Real Tribunal de Cuentas al fiador o fiadores correspondientes para caucionar el manejo de los reales intereses que como tal tesorero entren en su cargo, y en su consecuencia se otorguen las correspondientes escrituras de obligación por la cantidad que dicho Real Tribunal exija.
