Inés Martínez, viuda de Cristóbal de Contreras, vecina del pueblo de Jalapa, declara que Manuela Martínez, mujer de Manuel de los Santos, vendió a Antonio Barradas, un solar que hace frente con el Convento de Nuestro Padre San Francisco, linda al oriente con la calle que baja al molino y calle en medio, con escritura hecha el 9 de noviembre de 1648, misma que está en poder del Capitán don Juan Ricardo comprador de dicho solar, el cual pertenecía a Inés y a su hermana Catarina Martínez, quienes lo heredaron de su madre Catarina Martínez.
