Don Tomás de Zuloaga y don Ramón de Goicoechea, vecinos de México y residentes en Jalapa, dijeron que don Pablo José Sequeiros, afianzó 30, 000 pesos con 15 fiadores por el empleo interino de fundidor mayor de la real casa de moneda de dicha ciudad, dentro de los cuales se encuentran ellos dos, quienes dieron 2, 000 pesos cada uno, y respecto a que a dicho Sequeiros se le ha conferido en propiedad el mencionado empleo, otorgan poder a dicho Sequeiros para que proceda en consorcio con los otros fiadores a ratificar la mencionada fianza, obligándoles de nuevo a ella.
