Don Francisco Manuel de Arce, Caballero de la Real y distinguida Orden de Carlos Tercero, residente en esta Villa, otorga poder general al Señor don Ignacio Obregón, Coronel del Regimiento de Dragones Provisionales de la Nueva Galicia y residente en la Corte de México, para que en su nombre demande, reciba y cobre de manera judicial o extrajudicial a cualquier persona todas las cantidades de pesos, oro, plata, joyas, esclavos, mercaderías, frutos, géneros y efectos que le deban, así como para que comparezca en juicio y haga lo necesario ante cualquier señor juez y justicia en sus reales audiencias y tribunales superiores e inferiores, donde lo defienda y demande.\t
