Para su información, Don Mateo Bautista y Don Tomás de Santiago, presentaron por testigo a Pedro de la Peña, español, vecino de este pueblo, y dijo que como vecino de Naolinco desde hace 34 años conoce a los susodichos, sabe que las tierras referidas son suyas como naturales de Almolonga, y no se aprovechan de ellas, por lo que se les hará buena obra si les permiten venderlas a censo.
