El Alférez de Caballos Juan José Rincón, vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, dijo que Serafina Teresa de Espinosa, vecina de la Ciudad de México, mujer legítima de Agustín Camacho, ausente, le otorgó poder especial para le venta de un solar, y usando de él, vende a Diego de Aguirre, un pedazo de solar que mide de frente 31 varas y 68 de fondo, ubicado a la entrada de la Calle Real que viene de la plazuela del barrio alto a la Plaza Pública, linda por el costado con casa de Pedro Hernández de la Velada, difunto, por el otro con casa que fue de María Rodríguez y al fondo con el caño de agua que iba a dar al Convento de San Francisco. La venta se hace en 50 pesos de oro común que por su valor le ha dado.
