Fray Juan Marcial, prior del hospital de este pueblo de Jalapa, del Orden de la Caridad de San Hipólito Mártir, renta al Alférez don Juan de Morales, vecino de este pueblo de Jalapa, un pedazo de solar ubicado en la isleta de dicho solar, que mide 14 varas de frente y 29 de fondo cuyos linderos son, por el lado norte con solar del mencionado hospital donde tiene su casa Juan de Sandria, por el sur con la Calle de Tecuanapa, por el frente con casa del Capitán Andrés Monares de Vargas y por el fondo con el citado solar, por el precio de 6 pesos cada año.
