Javier de Escobar, vecino de Toluca, quien presentó la sustitución de poder que le otorgó José Pérez Gallardo, a quien se lo había dado Benito Galván para la recaudación y cobro del importe del maíz del Real Hospital que pagan los pueblos de la Nueva España, en cuya virtud y de él usando otorga que ha recibido del Capitán Juan Ricardo de Guzmán, Alcalde Mayor de la jurisdicción de Jalapa, 33 pesos de oro común, mismos que importa el maíz de dicho hospital de esta jurisdicción.
