Miguel Jiménez Carralero, dueño de recua, vecino de Jalapa, dijo que desde hace un tiempo ha tenido la intención de que Micaela Rodríguez, mujer legítima del Alférez Sebastián de la Higuera, hermana de Mariana Rodríguez, su mujer, goce de un pedazo de solar yermo de 21 varas y media de frente y 56 de fondo, ubicado en la calle que de la Real atraviesa y va a Tecuanapa y sale de este pueblo hacia los ingenios, cuyas colindancias son con casas del Licenciado Diego González de Astudillo, presbítero difunto, al oriente con solar que fue de María Rodríguez, al sur con solar de don Juan de Medina Caraveo. Y por deberle algunos favores y servicios hace gracia y donación irrevocable del mencionado solar.
