Don Antonio Mateo Ortiz de Zárate, natural y vecino de Jalapa, Clérigo Presbítero Domiciliario de este Obispado, hijo legítimo de don Santiago Ortiz de Zárate y de doña Jacinta Micaela de Acosta, difuntos otorga su testamento donde declara no tener herederos ascendientes ni descendientes, nombra como albacea testamentaria y fideicomisaria a su hermana doña Margarita Bernabela Ortiz de Zárate, a sus sobrinos don José Ignacio Ortiz de Zárate y don Tomás Roso, todos vecinos de Jalapa, como heredera nombra a su alma. El caudal que dejare, estará dispuesto en una memoria escrita, cosida en la copia de su testamento.
