Don Manuel de Cano y Valle, de esta vecindad y comercio, otorga que prestando voz y caución de rato manente pacto judicio inti judicatum solvi por doña Mariana Medina, fía a don Manuel María Medina, su hermano de ésta, de modo que hecho los inventarios extrajudiciales y aprecios de bienes de la testamentaria de su padre don Manuel, serán aprobados por dicha su hermana, y si así no lo hiciere y justificare lesión o perjuicio, el que sea se lo satisfará y repondrá el albacea de don Manuel de Medina y Loranca, que es el fiador, y en su defecto el otorgante.
