Micaela de la Peña, viuda de Lucas de Chávez, hija legítima de Manuel de la Peña y de María de Mendoza, vecina de Jalapa, otorga su testamento donde declara lo siguiente: cuando contrajo matrimonio no llevó dote alguna. Heredó de sus padres la casa de su morada que mide 53 varas de frente ubicada en la Calle Real, que colinda con casa del Licenciado Diego González, al norte con casa y solar que fue de Isabel del Castillo, al este con otro pedazo de solar que fue de sus padres y lo heredó Cristóbal de la Peña y al poniente con el callejón que atraviesa la Calle Real hacia la Plaza Pública. Nombra como herederos a sus hijos María y Ana de Chávez.
