Don Manuel Correa Tamariz, vecino de la Ciudad de México, residente en el pueblo de Jalapa, vende a Juan José de Thormes, un negro esclavo cafre, nombrado Juan Blanco, de 24 años que hubo y compró de don Jorge Rodríguez el 19 de noviembre de 1720, cuyo esclavo se encuentra libre de empeño y gravamen, sin asegurarlo de ningún vicio, tacha, defecto ni enfermedad pública ni secreta, en 325 pesos de oro común que se da por entregado a su voluntad.
