Felipa Amador, de esta vecindad, viuda, vende a favor de doña María Josefa de Herrasti [y Alba], de esta vecindad, un pedazo de solar eriazo que tiene y posee por suyo propio en esta Villa en la Callejuela que sale de la Plazuela del Carbón para la Cruz Verde y Camino de Naolinco, por donde hace su frente hacia el poniente con 55 varas, y del otro lado casa de Francisco León. Por su fondo al oriente linda con una cuchilla de la vendedora, por el norte tiene 85 varas y linda con terreno de los naturales de esta Villa y por el sur tiene 65 varas y linda con terreno de un tal Sebastián. Lo vende en precio de 100 pesos.
