María Asunción Berriel, de esta vecindad, otorga que debe a don Pedro Calvo, vecino de Veracruz, la cantidad de 90 pesos, que por hacerle beneficio y buena obra le prestó sin réditos, ni gabela alguna. Los cuales se obliga a satisfacer a don Juan Ruiz Abascal, del comercio de Veracruz, residente en ésta, comisionado por Calvo para su percibo, dentro del término de tres meses, a partir de esta fecha. Y sino no cumple con dicho plazo le da poder y facultad al dicho Ruiz, para que proceda a embargar lo mejor y más floridos de los bienes, hasta cubrir dicha cantidad, además de lo que gaste de las diligencias.
