Doña Úrsula de Vera y Lobera, viuda de don Simón José de Vives, residente en Jalapa, otorga poder al Licenciado Francisco José Vives de Vera y Lobera, Prebendado de la Iglesia Metropolitana de México, para que demande y cobre de reales cajas, montepío y de todas que con derecho pueda, las cantidades de pesos, joyas, oro, plata y demás efectos que le adeuden a través de vales, conocimientos, remisiones, y de lo que perciba entregue recibo, carta de pago, finiquito, cancelación y lastos, y si por todo lo antes mencionado se requiriese contienda de juicio, que los siga pareciendo ante las autoridades correspondientes.
