Declara fue casado con María López con quien tuvo a Andrea, a Ana María, doncella, a Gertrudis de la Rosa. Nombra como albaceas testamentarias a Domingo de Castro, su yerno y a Francisco de Ibáñez, y como herederos universales a sus hijos.
