Don [Juan] Joaquín de Cendoya [y Arizabaleta], provisto Administrador de Alcabalas y de las Rentas de Tabaco, Pólvora, Naipes, Papel Sellado y demás de la Real Hacienda, dijo que para caucionar las rentas reales, se obliga como principal pagador de cualquier descubierto que por su causa resultare a dicha renta, asimismo ofrece por sus fiadores al Regidor don Francisco Sáenz de Santa María, don Domingo Franceschi, don José María de Goiri y don José de Bárcena, quienes se obligan a pagar los alcances que hubiere hasta por 2 000 pesos cada uno.
