Gerónimo de Olivares, presbítero de la Diócesis del Arzobispado de la ciudad de México, en nombre de Doña Francisca de la Peña, vecina de la dicha ciudad, viuda del Capitán Fabián Chacón, su albacea y tenedora de sus bienes, tutora de sus menores hijos, dio en arrendamiento al Capitán Don Fernando Ruiz de Córdova y Arellano[Fernando Ruiz de Córdoba y Arellano], estante en este pueblo, 38 esclavos negros, chicos y grandes, muy viejos, por el precio de 50 pesos de oro común mensuales, el tiempo que los tuviere, con la condición de que les ha de dar de comer, curarlos y vestirlos a su costa, cuyos múltiplos y pérdidas serán por cuenta de la propietaria.
