Don José Emigdio González, vecino de esta Villa, mayor de 25 años de edad, otorga poder general a don Manuel de Nava de esta vecindad, para que a nombre de él, demande, perciba y cobre judicial o extrajudicialmente, a todas las personas las cantidades de dinero y artículos que le adeuden hasta la fecha y debieren, en virtud de instrumentos públicos o simples; y si por lo antes mencionado, se requiriese contienda de juicio, lo siga, pareciendo ante las autoridades correspondientes, presentando la documentación, testimonios y lo que le sea requerido, por lo que se le da éste con libre y general administración y con facultad de sustituirlo.
