Rosa María de Quiroz, mujer de Sebastián Hernández, vecina de este pueblo, vende a Pedro Calderón, la mitad de solar y casa que heredó de su padre Juan de Quiroz, que mide de frente 16 ½ varas, por donde linda con la Calle de Tecuanapa, en este pueblo, de fondo tiene 82, por donde linda con solar de Cristóbal Grajales al sur, por el costado del oriente con casa de Juan Ruiz y al poniente con la otra mitad de la casa que le toca a Juan de Quiroz, libre de empeño, entradas y salidas, al precio de 180 pesos de oro común. \r\n\r\n
