Don Nicolás Manuel Fernández y doña Antonia Josefa Serdán Ponce de León, marido y mujer, vecinos de Jalapa, venden a don Antonio Merino, de la misma vecindad, una casa ubicada en este pueblo de Jalapa, la cual linda al norte con la Plaza Pública y la Calle Real, al poniente con casas de los herederos del Capitán don Bartolomé de Castro y la calle que baja para la de Tecuanapa, al sur con casas y patio que fueron de Teodora Josefa Mojica y ahora lo son de Juan Antonio de Llano, y al oriente con casas y corral de don José de la Calle. La venden en 8, 000 pesos de a 8 reales de plata cada uno, que quedan sobre dicha casa a réditos de 5 % anuales.
