Ángela Francisca del Pino, vecina de este pueblo, viuda, albacea, heredera y tenedora de bienes del difunto Bartolomé Salvo, otorga que vende a José María Ponce de León, un solar de 40 varas de frente y 17 de fondo; el cual linda al oriente con casas del difunto Nicolás Ibáñez, al sur con las que fueron de Cristóbal García y hoy posee Domingo Franceschi [Franco], al poniente con casa de la otorgante, callejón de por medio y al norte con casa del Capitán Javier López. La venta se hace en 400 pesos, cuyo pago hará en un plazo de 5 años, con réditos del 5 % anuales, que empezarán a contar a partir de la presente escritura.
