Martín Carrillo, vecino de esta Villa de Xalapa, dijo que su hermano José Carrillo se halla preso y procesado por el robo de una carga de fierro y cacao, pero como la parte agraviada no interpuso juicio, se mandó por parte del Alcalde ponerlo en libertad bajo fianza de cárcel segura. Por lo que dicho Martín, otorga que recibe a su hermano y se obliga a tenerlo en su poder y devolverlo cuando el Juez se lo mande, y en caso de no hacerlo, pagará lo que se le sentenciare por dicha causa, más la pena que como carcelero se le impusiese.
