Rosa María Fernández, otorga que vende a favor de su hija María Gregoria Ramírez Fernández, una casa de edificio bajo, cubierta de madera, ladrillo y teja, ubicada en la segunda cuadra de la calle que nombran de San Francisco de Paula. Se compone de 8 varas de frente que lo hace al norte dicha calle en medio con solar de los herederos del difunto don Dionisio [José] Salvo, 76 de fondo al sur por donde linda con solar que queda en la bajada de la Calle de San Miguel por los Berros, por la banda del oriente con casa y solar de José Rivera, y por la del poniente con la que fue de Martín Zarco y hoy es de José Gallardo. La citada propiedad heredó la otorgante de su difunta madre Leonarda Fernández y hoy vende en 600 pesos.
