Don Alonso José Gatica, Cura Vicario Foráneo, Juez Eclesiástico y Rector de la cofradía de la Concepción, y don Pedro Miguel Martínez, Mayordomo de dicha cofradía, otorga que vende a María de Maya, viuda de Javier de Orduña, una parte de las tierras que le dieron en donación los vecinos de este pueblo de Jalapa, que se compone de 18 varas de solar por el frente que es el norte y con callejón que va hacia Los Berros, de fondo, que es el oriente, tiene 50 varas por donde linda con casa de Manuel León, por el costado del poniente con las mencionadas tierras por donde tiene 45 varas, rematando en punta de lanza hasta el sur. Lo vende por precio de 50 pesos.
