Don Diego Larios[de Bonilla] para la dicha información presentó por testigo a Juan de Montejo, mulato, su criado, y preguntando por la dicha petición, dijo conoce a Don Diego Larios y que puede haber 20 días que hallándose este testigo en la estancia de Nautla, propiedad de Doña Ana María de Porras [Cuenca], vio en ella un caballo castaño del hierro del dicho Don Diego Larios, sin su hierro de venta; y tiene por muy cierto que el referido caballo es suyo, pues Don Diego no vende animales sin ponerle su hierro de venta.
