El Capitán Don Sebastián de la Higuera Matamoros, dueño de este ingenio, y como heredero testamentario de su padre Don Francisco Hernández de la Higuera, el cual tuvo cuentas con el Factor Martín de Camargo[Martín Camargo], ambos fallecidos, declaró haber ajustado cuentas con el presente Factor Don Luis de Camargo, por tanto, en la mejor forma que de derecho haya, las dio por buenas y bien hechas, y estar pagadas las partidas de pipas de vino que Don Francisco pagó por el referido Don Luis.
