Don José Antonio de la Madrid y Lobiano y su esposa doña María Manuela Callejo, y don Baltazar Ruiz Fernández como curador adliten de los menores hijos de la segunda y de su primer marido don Ignacio Muñoz, los tres vecinos de la ciudad de la Nueva Veracruz, otorgan poder especial a don Felipe de Quintana y en segundo lugar a don Martín de Olasagasti, vecinos de dicha ciudad, para que en sus nombres procedan a la venta de una casa alta y 5 bajas, situadas en aquella ciudad: la primera haciendo esquina con la plazuela que llaman de San Agustín el viejo y la calle que atraviesa y va de dicha plazuela para el recinto de la banda del poniente, y las 5 bajas en la misma calle.
