María Pérez, vecina de este pueblo, vende a José Rodríguez, un solar que hubo y compró de María Sandoval, viuda de José de Medina, el cual linda por el oriente con la calle que va hacia la casa de Luis de Guevara, y por el norte con solar que le vendió a Domingo Galindo callejón en medio, que tiene una brasa de ancho, y por el sur con tierras de Zapata en que tiene casa Antonio de los Santos y tiene de frente el dicho solar 34 varas y de fondo 36 por donde linda con tierras de los indios de este pueblo. La venta la hace al precio de 12 pesos, libre de hipoteca.
